Located in the same building as the Slemon Park Training Centre, the Scenario Annex includes multiple hallways, stairways, access points and room configurations, allowing for many scenarios to be effectively replicated. This large, former DND Headquarters office building has two floors and two wings, including the Scenario Annex which is usually unoccupied and unheated. Training organizations can conduct courses that include both classroom and practical training elements, utilizing the classrooms in the Slemon Park Training Centre and the various elements of the Scenario Annex. 

Many government agencies use the Scenario Annex to conduct public and police safety training courses and annual recertification training.
