Located on the second level of the Canada Games Sports Centre, this 2200 sq.ft. training room features floor mats that are approved for defensive tactics training. Training organizations can rent the Defensive Tactics Training Room, a classroom and the gymnasium at the Canada Games Sports Centre to conduct classroom, defensive tactics training and other fitness training. Other training facilities located within the Sports Centre include:

- Large gymnasium
- Fitness room
- Washrooms and showers
