02.11.04 | Lady Slipper Dining Room offers taste of fine dining
Located at 12 Redwood Avenue, the Lady Slipper Dining Room is the newest fine dining facility in the Summerside Area. The lack of good quality dining facilities in the area inspired the creation of this new food service.
Opening in January 2004, the dining room offers a dinner menu, plus three- course and five-course meal specials Wednesday through Sunday from 5-9 pm.
Rosemary Holmes, a certified chef prepares the meals and has over 15 years experience serving this type of cuisine to high profile celebrities including the Rolling Stones etc.
David Caseley, food and beverage manager adds that the dining room has a variety of wines or a full service bar.
Many local people have dined in this new facility and many have returned. The response has been excellant. Most recently, the Valentine's Day event resulted in a full house.
This venue can be used by a couple to enjoy a nice evening out, for professional and business people to entertain new or existing clients or to celebrate a special event.
Lady Slipper Dining Room requires advanced reservations if possible and can accomadate up to 50 people. Please call 432-1774 for reservations.
