Slemon Park is a 1,400 acre Aerospace and Business park adjacent to the City of Summerside, Prince Edward Island. Presently, we have over 40 commercial tenants and approximately 1000 people working at Slemon Park on a daily basis.

We have 90 acres of fully serviced lots available for sale or build/lease options. The lots on Cannon Drive or Slemon Park Drive are serviced with paved roadways, water and sewer. The lots on Slemon Park Drive, the main entrance to the industrial park, provide excellent visibility and are suitable for commercial or retail development. The remaining lots on Cannon Drive are suitable for commercial and light industrial development.

The conceptual design document outlines the relative position and size of each lot and is for display purposes only. Lot sizes can be customized to suit the needs of the purchaser and may vary from those displayed in the conceptual design.
