Our Vision
Slemon Park Corporation's vision is simple. With vacant prime hangar space decreasing every year, the Corporation has initiated a plan to re-develop vacant land into attractive commercial lots capable of constructing new hangars or commercial buildings to service manufacturing/light industrial applications.
This section of the web site is designed to allow visitors an opportunity to view our future plans to increase the capacity of Slemon Park. The Corporation has completed two conceptual development designs for your viewing. Although these are only conceptual today, with the right planning any one of these will become reality in the very near future.
Slemon Park Corporation Sub-Division Plan
This conceptual design is located off Slemon Park Drive, a short distance from entering the Park from Route 2. All the green color indicates potential new commercial lots ranging from 2.9 to 12.8 acres. Being only a conceptual rendering, the lots maybe configured to meet a client's requirements. The proposed road would loop around and re-connect on Aerospace Boulevard.

Boulevard just beyond Hangar 5, home of Testori Americas. When you
enlarge image, the red block indicates
a new development in 2003
and the new flight line commercial lots are located next, running
along the airport runway. At least 10
new fully serviced lots can
be developed in this area.
